The Yellow Lodge Guest House is an 8 bedroomed Lodge in Stellenbosch which offers quality 3 star accommodation the rooms are extermely comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. Rates include breakfast.
Yellow Lodge Guest House is nicely tucked away in a serene maple-lined street, in the heart of the vibrant university town of Stellenbosch, right in the middle of the celebrated Cape Winelands.
The lodge was formerly a pastor's home, and now the lovingly restored National Heritage building provides the perfect environment in which to relax. There are eight spacious en suite rooms, or an apartment, to choose from, and each have been expertly appointed to allow for maximum comfort.
Each room is individually furnished in tasteful contemporary style, with plenty of convenient packing space and comfortable seating in which to recline after a day of wine tasting.
In the cooler winter months, there is under floor heating, and in each room is a bathroom with tub and shower, fan, coffee/tea-making facilities, and television. Free WiFi is also available to guest.
All ground floor rooms have small terraces, and the Yellow Lodge has a high surrounding wall and secure parking and alarm system, as well as night-duty security, to ensure your comfort and safety.
The lodge serves up an English-style breakfast and a Continental-style buffet which offers a selection of breads, fruit salad, cereals, yoghurts, cheeses, cold meats and fruit juices. German, English and Afrikaans spoken.
