myUTOPIA celebrates it's first year with a free yoga open day

Premium lifestyle Yoga, Pilates and Barre studio, myUTOPIA, celebrates its 1st year running this December and will be celebrating with an interactive open day inviting everyone for a day of yoga, retail and drink activations and other activities.

Giving yoga beginners a taster of each class myUTOPIA has to offer, the studio will be hosting 45-minute express classes, giving the stuck-in-their-way yogi or the yogi who is just starting their journey with myUTOPIA a taster of what each class entails. Additionally, guests are invited to treat themselves to a blow dry and pop in to the studio’s Restore room which will be open for bite-size consultations with a registered Chiropractor, Shiatsu masseuse, registered Dietician and Nutritional Consultant.

Birthday celebrations will end off with a 7PM SOLO class – a journey which creates authentic connections through exceptional experiences. Yogis will be guided through a 30-minute yoga session, followed by 30-minutes of sound meditation, bringing balance to the sacral chakra. The session will conclude with an art therapy session, guided by former model and artist, Ana Kuni. Mats for the SOLO class are limited, pre-booking is highly recommended.

‘Tis the Season
With Christmas just around the corner, myUTOPIA’s retail store will have fantastic offers, perfect for Christmas gifts or stocking fillers or even a from me to me treat.

Guests can expect delicious canapes throughout the day, MCC and orange juice pairing during the morning sessions, Musgrave Gin and Happy Culture Kombucha cocktails at noon and Blood Orange juice with Malfy Gin and sparkling water for added fizz to end off the evening.
