The Steenberg Hotel offers luxury accommodation on the oldest wine farm in Constantia and is surrounded by the Steenberg Vineyards. The building dates back to the time of the Dutch East India Company’s development of the Cape. The widow Catharina Ras was initially granted land here in1682 and the buildings of this beautiful wine farm have been lovingly restored and converted into the hotel it is today. The Manor House was built in1682 and the antique furniture pieces reflect the era. There are 4 rooms and 1 suite in the Manor House. Each has luxuriously large beds and twin vanity facilities. The suite has it’s own lounge and overlooks the rose garden.

The original barn has been redeveloped and now houses one family suite, 4 rooms and 4 luxury lofts upstairs. Pinot Gris Family Suite is a stand alone building which has 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathroom on the main bedroom. This room is located close to the swimming pool and Pool Bar. The Swaaneweide House has one premier suite and 2 rooms. Spurwing House has 3 rooms.
