Here, you’ll enjoy a relaxed tasting of three exceptional Syrah wines, paired with artisanal fresh FlourMarket break and whipped butter, crafted by Minimalist Wines in an urban winery, a celebrated local producer making waves with their small-batch, terroir-driven expressions. From this tucked-away cellar, we set off on foot through the historic Gardens neighbourhood, passing through the lush paths of the Company’s Garden. Along the way, your guide will share stories about the area’s evolution, from colonial gardens to today’s cultural and civic heart of the city. The walk takes you to Long Street, a buzzing strip known for its vintage boutiques, art spaces, and eclectic character. Here, we settle in for a final tasting in a boutique wine bar proudly showcasing Black South African winemakers.
