Description

Embark on a 2.5 - 3 hour safari adventure at the West Coast Game Reserve, 5 km outside of Yzerfontein. Keep your eyes peeled for giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, impala, springbok, eland, kudu, and hartebeest. If you're lucky, you may even spot a waterbuck, steenbok, duiker, porcupine, or caracal. On occasion we find tracks of the elusive west coast leopard. Meet your guide at the Weskus Padstal and hop into our 9-seater open safari vehicle. Set off on a game drive through the West Coast Game Reserve. The experience includes a coffee or tea break in the bush. Stretch your legs, learn more about the unique plant life of the west, and sharpen your tracking skills with some pointers from our guides. After about 2:30 hours you will head back to the Padstal, where you can have a drink or a meal before venturing on.
