Ocean Basket Gordonsbay

The small town of Gordon's Bay has somehow managed to remain quaint and appealing for all these years, but for those looking for a bit of big town familiarity, the Ocean Basket Gordons Bay provides exactly that. For a number of years now Ocean Basket has been one of South Africa's top seafood restaurants, and with locations throughout South Africa, patrons have returned in order to find a familiar setting with the same service, prices and menus that they see throughout the chain of restaurants. At present there are more than 160 Ocean Basket restaurants around the country, and as such there's seldom a time when you won't be within a short drive away from one.

Ocean Basket's focus is on providing the freshest fish in a friendly, and homely environment, while at the same time providing good value for money. Everything from unique sushi, right through to the familiar old favourite fish and chips are dished up, and even the most conservative and adventurous diners will find something to eat. You can also choose to sit down and enjoy the meal in the restaurant, but there is also a takeaway option in all establishments.

It's not surprising that Ocean Basket has built up a firm following of loyal patrons, and they have now been in operation since the early 2000s. And while they've constantly worked on updating the menu to keep it fresh and dynamic, the restaurant is founded on familiarity and comfort, which keeps clients coming back for more regardless of what city they're in.
