Arrive at the V&A Waterfront Helipad 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled flight for check-in and a safety briefing. While waiting, relax in the hangar area and observe helicopter operations. Board the helicopter for a scenic flight along Table Mountain to Hout Bay and back.

Fly over Cape Town Stadium, a 2010 World Cup venue, then continue down the Atlantic coast passing Signal Hill, Camps Bay, and Clifton Beach. Enjoy aerial views of luxury homes and the Twelve Apostles mountains as your pilot provides informative commentary about Cape Town's landmarks.

After your flight, collect a complimentary Boat Tour ticket from the check-in desk, valid for seven days and non-refundable for cash. This ticket allows you to join a V&A Waterfront boat tour operated by Cape Town Cruises. Our team can assist with booking and provide further details.

On the flight day, present your ticket at check-in to receive a safety briefing and boarding pass. All guests will undergo a discreet weigh-in for safety and balance purposes. Flight times may vary due to weather and weight restrictions.

Pickup service is available within 5km of our base, scheduled 30 minutes before your flight time. Our driver will arrive in a Cape Town Helicopters branded vehicle. Pickup is complimentary but not included in the price, and may be cancelled due to operational needs. Confirm your pickup location is within the collection area.
