- Witsands Nature Reserve entrance permit is mandatory, payable on arrival (R300 per person)
- Arrival time is 30 minutes before the scheduled start of your activity; plan accordingly
- Late arrivals or no-shows result in forfeited bookings
- Full company cancellation policy applies; same-day cancellations or rescheduling are not allowed
- A late arrival rebooking fee of R250 per person applies for same-day arrivals not on time
- Children 12 years and younger may ride only as passengers with adults; one adult required per child
