Take in the beauty of the Hermanus coast and search for majestic giants with a whale watching cruise on this tour that includes hotel transfers from central Cape Town. Embark on a wine country adventure as you visit two vineyards where you can buy lunch and wine tastings.
Start your day with a pickup from your hotel in central Cape Town in the early morning. Upon arrival in Hermanus, sign a consent form and receive a briefing from an experienced skipper. Learn about the whales on board a shared whale watching cruise.
As soon as the whales are spotted, the skipper will stop the boat for everyone to see these amazing creatures up close, take pictures, and continue to spot more whales or even some sea lions. After the boat trip, return to the harbor and proceed to the next destination.
Stop at the Hemel en Aarde wine estate where you can refuel by purchasing a light lunch (if reserved in advance). Indulge by buying some wine tastings before heading to the stunning Spier Wine Farm in Stellenbosch.
