Begin cycling along Chapmans Peak, passing turquoise beaches of Camps Bay following the iconic Cape Town Cycle Race route. View the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Cycle through historic Hout Bay Harbour and the famous Chapmans Peak mountain pass.

A shuttle will transport you to Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Enjoy a guided hike to the old lighthouse at Cape Point which towers above the reserve. Afterward, have a gourmet lunch overlooking the ocean in Simonstown.

Post lunch, visit the African Penguin colony at Boulders Beach. The day concludes with a scenic drive back to downtown Cape Town through Muizenberg surfing town and the Constantia wine region, combining active cycling with nature and wildlife experiences.
