Description

Begin with a convenient pickup from your hotel or accommodation and make your first photo stop at Bo-Kaap, known for its colorful houses and Cape Malay culture. Take a short walk through the area before continuing to the old city wall to see the Nelson Mandela statue, a symbol of freedom. Next, drive to Boyes Drive in Muizenberg for a stop at the shark spotter, a surf safety station. Then, head to Red Hill viewpoint in Simon’s Town for panoramic coastal views of False Bay. Continue to the ostrich farm for a quick photo stop before driving to the national park, where you can see the two different currents of the Atlantic Ocean and some animals by chance. On the reserve, stop at Smitswinkel Bay Viewpoint before heading to the Cape of Good Hope. Spend some time taking pictures and walking around, or hike up the mountain to Cape Point, where the lighthouse is located. Afterward, drive to the Cape Point lighthouse and spend some time exploring. Then, head to Simon’s Town for lunch at Seaforth. After lunch, walk to Boulder Beach to visit the penguins. From there, drive to the Noordhoek beach viewpoint for a quick stop to stretch your legs. Continue along Chapman’s Peak Drive, one of the most scenic roads in the world, and make another photo stop at the picnic spot to enjoy the panoramic view. Visit Maiden’s Cove for a short walk and views of the 12 Apostle Mountain. Finally, make your own choice end at Table Moutain or Signal Hill Mountain, before concluding the tour.
