StellenBikes is excited to curate your perfect day enjoying incredible South African wine while cycling through beautiful Stellenbosch.
Upon arrival in Stellenbosch wine country, receive your bike and a detailed map of partner vineyards and tastings in the Golden Triangle wine region.
We include 1 free tasting at one of our favorite vineyards in the region.
To enjoy the best day possible, you can
~ set off to visit as many or as few vineyards as you would like at your own pace
~ select a 'reserved route' where we recommend a full day for you by theme
~ mix and match our 'reserved experiences' such as picnics & specialty tastings
~ combine any of these for your perfect StellenBikes day!
For wine enthusiasts and casual bikers, the short and flat distances between vineyards make this experience enjoyable for everyone. We have recommendations for everyone, so let us know what you'd like! Our vineyard partners are excited to offer special experiences throughout the day for our bikers, and we are happy to reserve them on your behalf.
We will drive around to all of our partner vineyards at the end of the day to pick up any bottles that you bought during your tastings.
Ubers are very easy to call for rides between Cape Town and Stellenbosch (between 350 and 800 zar one way depending on the size of the car). Just enter in Root44 to find us easily!

- The tour is more focused on wine tasting than biking. Distances between vineyards are short and flat. Additional vineyards can be recommended for intense bikers.
