Description
Depart from your Cape Town hotel and travel less than an hour to Stellenbosch, a region famed for its award-winning wines and scenic surroundings. Your first stop is a vineyard featuring four unique barrel-shaped tasting pods offering a selection of six wines guided by dedicated hosts.
Choose from:
- Wine paired with cow and goat's milk cheeses
- Plant-based cheese paired with wines (vegan friendly)
- Kid's tasting: five sweeter cheeses, one sweet treat, and a glass of juice or lemonade
Learn about South African wine culture and visit the cellar before continuing to a second vineyard just 15 minutes away. This vineyard focuses on natural, minimal-intervention winemaking with French influence and local character.
At the second vineyard, enjoy a biltong and wine pairing featuring five selected wines paired with premium cured meats. A vegetarian option pairs wines with chocolates.
The tour includes free time to explore Stellenbosch town, walk along Dorp and De Braak Streets, and browse boutique stores and historical Dutch architecture.
Return transfers take you back to your Cape Town hotel with estimated drop-off times of 13:00-13:30 for the morning tour and 18:00-18:30 for the afternoon tour.
