- 1. Airport Pickup Procedure
- Meeting Point: Your driver will meet you in the Arrivals Hall (past customs and baggage claim) holding a sign with your name
- Flight Monitoring: We monitor your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your pickup time will be automatically adjusted at no extra charge
- Instructions: Once you have collected your luggage, please proceed to the arrivals area. If you cannot locate your driver, please call or WhatsApp us immediately at +27 66 111 0880
- 2. Hotel Pickup Procedure
- Meeting Point: Your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby or at the main reception area
- Timing: Please be ready at the hotel reception at the scheduled pickup time. Your driver will typically wait for 15 minutes past the scheduled time
- Confirmation: Please ensure your hotel room number or contact details are provided in your booking so we can reach you if necessary
