This is one of Cape Town's most prestigious restaurants - and has been awarded the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Blazon award. The decor is in a modern nautical style, with dark blue and mahogany chairs, and crisp white tablecloths.
With a sheltered terrace looking out over the Atlantic, the hotel’s contemporary dining room serves modern South African and International dishes as well as a specialized menu featuring local wild fynbos, or herbs and plants. Executive Chef Roberto de Carvalho creates dishes which can include Cape Malay Pickled Fish, Grilled Kingklip served with sautéed Brown Rice and Chives with a Roasted Fennel Sauce, Desserts can include Fynbos Honey Bavarois or Bea's Baked Cheesecake.
The restaurant also features a 16-seater private cinema where guests can chose to indulge in movie dinners.
