Artscape Theatre

Artscape, the hub of the performing arts in the Cape Town and in the Western Cape. It boasts the biggest theatre complex in the Western Cape.

Artscape is situated on Cape Town’s Foreshore, close to the V & A Waterfront, the Cape Town International Convention Centre, the Artscape Theatre Centre is a community centre with world class theatre facilities for all genres of the performing arts.

Through the performing arts, Artscape not only offers entertainment, but also contributes towards nation building by promoting multi-lingualism and multi-culturalism.

It is also home to Cape Town Opera, Cape Town City Ballet, Cape Philharmonic Orchestra, Jazzart Dance Theatre and Siyasanga Cape Town Theatre Company.
