Airlies Guest House offers easy country accommodation in historic Montagu – a town that was built on the road between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth - and now is one of the towns on famous Route 62. Airlies Guest House gets it’s name from the Scottish farm where the wife of a doctor that lived in the house in 1910 came from. Airlies offers a charming country experience and warm hospitality.
They have 6 double rooms each with their own bathroom and tea-/coffee making facilities. This charming country home has a lovely mix of period antiques, warmth, comfort and it has unique bathroom facilities.
Breakfasts are freshly prepared and served by the owners, Tielman and Corrie de Villiers. There is parking on site. A swimming pool for hot summer days – and braai (barbeque) facilities too. Internet facilities are available.
Montagu is incredibly safe – and the restaurants and pubs in the area are within walking distance.
