Head Chef Clayton Bell has earned international reputation at Constantia Uitsig, and his stylish yet relaxed atmosphere is perfectly matched to the wide and varied Mediterranean Provencal Cuisine. Clayton believes that consistency is a key factor in the restaurant’s ongoing popularity, and believes strongly that chefs should not 'over-complicate food, and mess with good quality ingredients. I’ve been here for 13 years, and Uitsig is my second family.”
