Description
Depart from Cape Town at 7.30am and head to the scenic Whale Coast Route to Betty's Bay where we see the endangered African Penguins. From Betty's Bay we proceed to Hermanus. Hermanus enjoys the reputation as the most popular Western Cape holiday town, and it is an interesting town to explore with excellent food and wine as well as quaint art and curio shops. We make time for you to explore the town. If you take this tour during whale season, between July and November, the chances of us seeing whales is extremely high, as Hermanus boasts the best land-based whale watching in the world. If we don’t see the whales from land, we can take a boat trip which will increase our chances of seeing whales as well as dolphin species and other sea life. From Hermanus we head to Benguela Wine Estate for wine tasting of 5 different top wines. From Benguela Wine Estate we head back to Cape Town.Includes
